the front staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth. My room was cozy, with a comfy bed and great amenities like a fridge and microwave. I especially appreciated the best shower I’ve had in years, with consistent water pressure.
Everything was impeccable! 😕.

We had a wonderful stay in a long time. The location in a really quiet area was marvellous and absolutely perfect and there were a shopping area and a grocery shop nearby. Saskatoon Downtown district was definitely worth visiting.

We got a room with bathtubs. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were an advantage.

I liked the location. It was close to major streets, shopping and restaurants. I liked the room as it was clean, comfortable and private. I liked to be able to park right outside our door - that was very handy to come and go. I would definately stay there again. I did, however, discover that if I would have called direct to the hotel instead of booking online, it would have been cheaper. This was based on me having a CAA membership card.

Rooms were quiet, fragrance-free. The attached restaurant has good meals and big portions. We were there for a family function and were able to pull together tables for a large group easily.

It has always been a great place for us to stay as we don't require a pool, slides or hot tubs - we just want a clean room to rest our bodies after a busy day. We have always had a great stay at the Colonial Square Inn & Suites.

Dead bolt did not work on the door. Room doors bang loudly when they close - loud enough to wake up a sleeper.
